From SEARCH to SOLD... #Expect Better

Hi I’m Kristie Tindall, MngBkr, CRS, SFR , GRI, blessed Wife, Step-Mom and Realtor. Like many of my clients, I’m a transplant to the Midwest (originally from NC- so please be aware- the accent DOES show up at times!) I live in Decatur with my husband Keith and youngest, special needs son, Tyler. CHOOSING YOUR REALTOR should NEVER happen by accident. You need an ADVOCATE- and that might be ME.  After all, ITS RARELY ONLY ABOUT BUYING OR SELLING A HOUSE. Perhaps together we'll find that place you'll begin to build your FAMILY, that extra space to run your new start up business.  A back yard treehouse, where your kids learn than life is way more complicated than they imagined. Or when you say goodbye to that porch swing where you made the hardest decisions of your life. Ready to scale back and travel a bit- how about a condo? No matter the floorplan or the feel, your HOME needs to have your back. It should offer opportunities. A place to celebrate the wins, or a soft place to land. That hopeful garden where love grows. Your safe haven.  That magic portal when you walk thru the door- and on any given day- Time can stop on a dime OR be sped up in a whirlwind of activity and energy – your family’s daily multi-generational chaos greeting you on the other side.  Where you grow into the person you were meant to be. Learning along the way that life is more than a social media highlight reel, but instead- is constantly being recreated in a thousand seemingly smaller moments, around the dinner table, snuggled up on the sofa, dancing in the kitchen, cooking your family’s favorite recipe for the hundredth time or going toe to toe in the leaf strewn yard with the master negotiator – your 10 yr old- explaining how weekend chores are now part of the “new allowance math”.  Whatever it looks like, wherever it is, when its right, you know.  It's Good To Be Home. Well, you can probably already tell this is NOT your typical Realtor bio.. lol. I know I'm not every body's glass o' sweet tea....
